What we collect
When you request an invitation we collect your name, email address, mobile number, podcast name, role, podcast link and total follower range across all platforms.
Why we use it
We use your information solely to review your application and to contact you about the network and related VOXPOD events, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. We do not add applicants to unrelated marketing lists and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is stored
Applications are stored in a secure database. Access is restricted to authenticated VOXPOD administrators. Application data is not publicly readable.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as it is needed to consider you for the network, and delete it on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, or object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern, contact VOXPOD at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
